PROMEDICAL BECOMES ONE OF ONLY A FEW AGENCIES IN THE UK TO ACHIEVE REC AUDITED STATUS
ProMedical is pleased to announce that it has achieved audited status of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC); one of only a handful of agencies in the UK to receive the accreditation.
The REC has a membership of approximately 3,600 corporate members, made up of businesses and agencies from across a range of sectors. REC audited is a new initiative, which represents the ‘gold standard’ of REC membership, demonstrating a company’s commitment to best practice. It was born out of members desire to provide full transparency and validation of their good business practice.
ProMedical’s new status will benefit candidates as it will enable the company to attract the best organisations. Clients can rest assured that candidates have been fully assessed and comply with all legislation, as well as ensuring all of the company’s processes and systems are robust.
ProMedical was audited against 125 criteria, covering the whole of their recruitment process, which provides organisations with peace of mind that the company is responsible, ethical and capable.
