Introduction<\/h3>\nProMedical Personnel Ltd (“ProMedical”, “we”, “our”, “us”) recognises our responsibility to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimise the environmental impact of our operations.\nAs a specialist healthcare workforce provider, we are committed to continually improving our environmental performance through sustainable business practices, responsible procurement and long-term carbon reduction.\nThis Carbon Reduction Plan outlines our carbon emissions baseline, current emissions, carbon reduction initiatives and future commitments. It should be read alongside our Environmental & Sustainability Policy.\n

    Emissions by Scope<\/h3>\nThe majority of ProMedical’s emissions arise from office energy consumption, employee commuting, business travel and purchased goods and services.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Carbon Reduction Measures<\/h3>\nSince establishing our baseline, ProMedical has introduced a number of initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.\n

    Energy Efficiency<\/strong><\/h5>\nWe have implemented the following measures:\n

    • Relocated to a managed office with shared energy efficiency initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • LED lighting throughout office areas.<\/li>\n
    • PIR (motion sensor) lighting controls.<\/li>\n
    • Energy-saving settings across IT equipment.<\/li>\n
    • Promotion of responsible energy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Digital Working<\/strong><\/h5>\nWe continue to reduce paper consumption through:\n
