Organised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theurologyfoundation.org\/\">The Urology Foundation<\/a>, the main aim is to raise awareness and funds for research of urological conditions.<\/p>\n<p>They aim to get the UK talking about preventing, treating, and managing conditions affecting the urology system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Urology system<\/strong> comprises of the kidneys, bladder and urinary tract, male reproductive system, and prostate. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What conditions affect the urology system?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancer of the bladder, prostate, kidneys, and male reproductive system<\/li>\n<li>Incontinence <\/li>\n<li>Infertility <\/li>\n<li>Infections<\/li>\n<li>Erectile dysfunction <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Half of us will suffer from a urology condition at some time in our lives and unfortunately, there remains a stigma around specific diseases, particularly men&rsquo;s health. The awareness month aims to banish this stigma by talking openly about all thing&rsquo;s urology!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What doctors deal with the urology system?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Urologists specialise in this area of medicine, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.promedical.co.uk\/jobs\">we have multiple opportunities available<\/a>.
