How will you achieve this?

  • Work towards achieving maximum level of productivity with each client and ensure level is maintained
  • Ensure you are working with all departments within each trust
  • Identify growth opportunities and convert potential clients into active clients
  • Ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate within our CRM system
  • Arrange and or attend client visits with Management
  • Increase CV to placement conversion rate
  • Increase client retention and repeat business
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with management to increase standard of customer service
  • Ensure clients are made aware of all cancellations verbally and in writing on a timely manner
  • Acknowledge all client queries and advise of action to be taken
  • Utilise availability provided to you by Placement Officers
  • Ensure clear and accurate notes on Eclipse regarding all written / verbal communication with clients
  • To approve shifts pending authorisation on the Portals
  • To collate proof that clients were made aware of increased charge rates “in writing” and that they approved increased charge rates “in writing” which helps us avoid issues collecting our monies
