How will you achieve this?

  • Meet Individual KPI’s and Targets
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Running a professional, efficient and effective section within our Healthcare Division
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing candidates
  • Source new candidates to match our clients recruitment needs
  • Keeping up to date with market activity and competitor activity and working with the Management Team to respond and/or lead change

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience within mental health recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills; phone manner, written and verbal
  • Previous Customer Service & quality standards experience
