Victoria Owen

With 15 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and a range of organisations from corporate to boutique. Victoria has demonstrated experience in full- cycle recruiting and people leadership. She has built, developed, and mentored award-winning specialist teams to support healthcare professionals, both contingent and permanent, into roles within NHS Trusts and private sector organisations. 

Since 2018 she has worked in the RPO space, moving to an in-sourced solution before returning to her roots of temporary recruitment here at ProMedical. 

Victoria is passionate about driving ethical practice and positive culture by putting people at the heart of the business. 

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. Accompanied by music, good food, and holidays in the sun.
