Be Part of a Great Workplace

What makes a great workplace? People – that’s what.

People make a workplace friendly, warm and like a team. Our people at ProMedical always come first, communication is paramount, wellness is a priority and delivering solutions that enable safe quality patient care is crucial.

Why work with us?

We are enabling patient care through the empowerment of ‘Flexible Workforce Solutions‘ to the Public and Independent healthcare sectors.

We put people first, and we’ve proved that with our awards! We are the proud winners of multiple awards such as:

  • Certified Great Place to Work™ 2021 & 2022
  • Awarded Best Workplace for Work™ for Women 2021
  • Awarded Best Workplace™ for Well-being 2021
  • Awarded Best Workplaces™ 2022

What does UK Best Workplaces™ 2022 recognition mean, you may ask…In a nutshell, it means we listened to our people and discovered that our people feel safe at work, feel respected and valued. That is by no means a coincidence; it is through years of experience in putting people first and providing our people with the right environment to flourish. We know that our people come to work every day to make a difference.

Why work with us? Because you will progress, be valued, supported and empowered to be your best here. Friendly people, a team of like-minded professionals, and a bit of fun too – it’s all here at ProMedical! Plus, you’ll be part of something bigger than just your role- you’ll be part of the solution.

Be part of the solution!

The UK health service NHS and the private sector need more healthcare workers, you’ll be part of sourcing and delivering those workers to solve a national staffing issue.

It’s the little things that make a big difference here at ProMedical

Communication and camaraderie are vital ingredients in the recipe for a happy workplace. But life can get difficult sometimes; we know that. So, when it does, we offer the best support we can. We are proud to have approachable managers for work discussions, but for those matters outside of the workplace which can cause our people difficulties, we have an exemplary Employee Assistance Programme; available for our people and their family. So, it’s not only you but your loved ones who we care about.

It’s not all work and no play…

We have regular lunchtime fun here. Our back-office space is a haven for relaxation and friendly games, promoting a sense of fun and downtime after a morning of productive working! Our pool table is the source of many lunchtime tournaments.

Monday and Thursday, see us having our people huddles —where we update each other with news, market trends, wellbeing, self-development, and guest speakers—not forgetting the random act of kindness gift! We know that keeping communications alive and well is vital.

Joining the People at ProMedical.

When you come to work here at ProMedical, something a little bit different happens. You’ll feel part of the team from day one. There is a sprinkle of magic involved in working in a business that puts its people first —many can claim to do this, but few can show it in awards. And these awards are not down to any one person here, one policy or one plan —they are down to the hard work of our people.

We proudly are now Certified™ by Great Place to Work® UK 2021 & 2022, Great Place to Work® for Women and Best Workplace for Wellbeing and Best Workplaces® 2022!

The facts speak for themselves … here’s a glimpse of what working at ProMedical will be like.

88% of our people feel encouraged to balance their work and personal lives.

96% of respondents said the organisation actively promotes employees’ physical and mental health and wellbeing.

100% of our people feel physically safe at work.
