Every insourcing requirement is different. We work with clinical and operational leads to understand the patient cohort, pathway, activity requirement and local operating environment before agreeing the delivery model.

01 — Clinical Scoping
Define the requirement
We work with local clinical leads to understand the patient cohort, case mix, inclusion and exclusion criteria, expected activity, pathway dependencies and required clinical competencies.
02 — Service Design
Build the right delivery model
We agree the clinical workforce, clinic or list structure, estates and equipment requirements, local responsibilities, reporting arrangements and interfaces with Trust services.
03 — Mobilisation & Governance
Prepare safely for delivery
Clinical teams are selected and onboarded against the agreed service specification, with professional registration, competency assurance, mandatory training, local induction and service-specific governance requirements completed before activity begins.
04 — Delivery & Oversight
Monitor activity and outcomes
We oversee delivery against the agreed service model, with clear activity and outcome reporting, clinical oversight, agreed escalation routes and ongoing review with the organisation throughout the programme.
