Although Covid-19 has dampened many events this year, the Samaritans Talk to Us campaign will go ahead and encourage thousands of people to come forward, call them, and seek support for their mental health.

If you need someone to talk to, don’t suffer in silence, give them a call, in complete confidence, on 116 or 123, free of charge, 24/7 service available.

Whatever you feel, the Samaritans are there to offer support

The Samaritans are a registered charity providing support to individuals with emotional stress, mental health issues, or those struggling to cope. The support is offered through a telephone service with branches throughout the UK and Ireland.
