Earlier this summer, we welcomed Russell Brown onboard to the ProMedical team. We are delighted to have him join us as NED.

Russell’s experience working with passionate business founders attracted the attention of ProMedical as they both share values, vision, and the passion necessary for driving growth. He joins us in a hands-on advisory role to help us accelerate operational development.

In 2012, Russell left his corporate career to work with founders and business owners in recruitment. He has achieved much success within the healthcare and non-healthcare sectors over the past six years, of which he is very humble.

Russell’s key interest lies now in working with founders and owners of established and start-up businesses and supporting them with their growth ambitions. Enabling founders and owners to grow their business drives him.

Our Chief Executive, Altin Biba and the rest of the executive team are delighted to have Russell’s support as we continue to provide robust healthcare flexible workforce solutions to support the NHS and independent healthcare providers.

Russell brings a refreshingly straightforward approach to his endeavours with a simplistic attitude and a humble modesty of his achievements.

When Russell is not working, he spends time with his two young daughters and likes to relax by playing golf or supporting his team, Crystal Palace.
