With an unprecedented disease such as COVID-19 on our doorstep, we now need all the help we can get to support the NHS to fight the deadly virus.

In a crisis like never before, we call on you now to consider the challenge of working within frontline hospital services.

We are highly experienced recruiters, who want to continue our support for the NHS, so why not let us guide you through the process by registering today, and together stand with our NHS heroes.

What do doctors need to know to join the fight in COVID-19?

If you want to help within the hospital setting:

  • Temporary registers and General Medical Council’s (GMC) license to practice have evolved to protect you while serving your NHS.
  • Compliance and other regulatory rules will no doubt remain, but as this is a national emergency, a fast track approach is required.
  • We are offering rapid recruitment services for our NHS and doctors alike.
  • The NHS acknowledges your capabilities and skills, which will be vital in the coming days and weeks.
  • If you feel unsure about the role or area of specialism, you will be asked to work in, and we can help with this. We can match you to areas you feel competent.

Who can help the NHS?

We need doctors and other health care professionals at all levels to join up now. Areas, where we are in exceptional need, are:

  • Anaesthesia
  • Intensive Care
  • Acute Medicine

If you know of any other medical professional like Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists and Healthcare Scientists please ask them to come forward and stand beside your brave colleagues supporting our NHS in the fight of our times.

What about protection issues?

We will ensure you receive all the information and advice relating to PPE procedures, isolation precautions, infection control policies, and guidelines for staff safety and welfare within the trust you decide to work at.

Regulatory – The Government passed its emergency coronavirus bill through the House of Commons on Tuesday, March 24th. The bill includes temporary measures providing indemnity for health professionals carrying out duties outside their routine jobs as part of the Covid-19 response.

PPE-The NHS has assured its members that adequate numbers of PPE will be provided for all staff. The NHS has millions of items of PPE for frontline staff, which have been delivered across the country in the last few days as part of the fight against coronavirus.

Also, there is new official guidance from the Department of Health and Social Care on the supply and use of PPE to the healthcare system, and a new dedicated PPE supply hotline which allows organisations to order more PPE 24 hours a day.

We will support our NHS by taking on the administrative issues while they get on with the war – Register today to make a real difference for our tomorrow.

If you want to come forward you can also email England NHS or visit England NHS for more information.
