ProMedical Awarded Cabinet Office Contract to Support the Infected Blood Compensation Authority

ProMedical has been awarded a contract by the UK Government’s Cabinet Office to provide clinical advisory services to the Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA). This work supports one of the most significant healthcare justice programmes in modern history, ensuring that claims are reviewed promptly, fairly, and with empathy for those infected and affected.

The contract will see ProMedical supply up to 50 highly experienced clinical advisors to support IBCA in delivering timely decisions underpinned by robust clinical governance, quality assurance, and trauma-informed practice.

“ProMedical is proud to support this vital national effort,” said Altin Biba, CEO. “Our focus is on combining pace with sensitivity, ensuring every case is approached with fairness, professionalism, and compassion.”

This contract marks a continuation of ProMedical’s commitment to supporting government and NHS bodies in addressing historic challenges and safeguarding public trust.
