Commitment to accessibility

ProMedical Personnel Ltd (“ProMedical”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to ensuring our website, services, and communications are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. 

We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are widely recognised as the international standard for web accessibility. 

Our approach

We have designed our website to be: 

  • Easy to navigate – clear structure and consistent layout. 
  • Compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers and magnifiers. 
  • Usable with a keyboard or other input device without requiring a mouse. 
  • Readable – with sufficient colour contrast, resizable text, and plain language where possible. 

Measures we take

To ensure ongoing accessibility, we: 

  • Carry out regular website accessibility testing. 
  • Consider accessibility in all new website developments and updates. 
  • Provide training to staff responsible for web content. 
  • Welcome and act on user feedback to address accessibility issues. 

Known limitations

We are aware that some older PDF documents and embedded third-party content may not be fully accessible to assistive technology.
Where possible, we will: 

  • Replace non-accessible documents with HTML or accessible PDF versions. 
  • Provide alternative formats upon request.

While ProMedical is not a public sector body and is therefore not legally required to meet the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, we voluntarily follow best practice.
